These Terms of Service govern your use of StayMate. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

StayMate is an AI guest-concierge tool that answers guest questions using the property facts a host provides. It is an information and convenience tool only. It is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for emergencies — in an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

Acceptable use

You agree to use StayMate lawfully and not to misuse it — including no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no uploading of unlawful or infringing content, and no use that violates the rights of guests or third parties.

Host responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the property information you enter. The concierge answers from the facts you provide, so out-of-date or incorrect details may lead to incorrect answers. Keeping your property data current is your responsibility.

Billing and trial

StayMate costs $29 CAD per property per month, with a 14-day free trial and no card required to start. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are billed per active property.

Cancellation

You may cancel a property's subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated answers may contain errors and should not be treated as professional, legal, or safety advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayMate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Province], Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
